A military interment for Mr. Lewis will be on Friday, May 1, 2020 in the Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Leesville, Louisiana. Mr. Lewis was an Iraqi War Veteran and a recipient of the Purple Heart Award. He passed away on April 21, 2020 in Natchitoches, Louisiana.
